Securecomm is our revolutionary way of communicating alarm events by push
alerts to smartphones and SMS Text Messages, also you can control the alarm
system remotely via the App, look at the system log and View Input Status.
Our engineers can also carry out remote diagnostics and programming changes
saving unnecessary call outs.
There are two methods GSM/ Wi Fi or Wi Fi Only. The GSM/Wi Fi unit is installed in the control panel, this connects to the server and sends data using mobile data and also through your Wi Fi Internet. All data used is included within the Securecomm Subscription.

The Wi Fi card connects wirelessly to your broadband Router which sends all the data through your Wi Fi Internet.

With regards to multiple users we would like to point out that the App may be
shared with other users when one user buys the app.

However, since Google Play and Apple App Store are two different shops, when one user has an Android and the other an Apple, they will need to pay twice.
Maintenance & Support
To ensure that your system operates fully we offer a maintenance and support
agreement. This provides you with the following support:

• 1 x Annual service visit carried out by our engineers they install any firmware
updates to the panel, check the power supplies and back up batteries. Fully
test the system operation.
• 24/7 Technical Support Our engineers are available to support you over the
telephone and if necessary, attend the premises.
We offer 

2 levels of maintenance support:
Standard £80.00
• Includes the above support.
• Call out visits £60.00
Includes travel time and 60 min on site, thereafter you will be charged
£30.00 per 30 min.
• Replacement parts are chargeable.
Inclusive £140.00
• Includes the above support.
• 2 x 24/7 call outs free of charge during the 12 month period of your support
agreement. Additional works or fault related issues caused by external
factors, such as power cuts are not covered for free call outs. Any part of
the system that has been vandalised either by human or animal, tampered
with, fire/flood damage or removed is also not covered.
• Free replacement parts. Any part of the system that develops a fault will
be replaced free of charge.
Excluded Items
Control panel back up batteries, External Sounder, Back up batteries, Wireless
detector batteries, cabling.
* If your service has not been completed within the allowed time window or has
been booked o as no access, you  shall not be able to claim your 2 x 24 /7 free call outs & replacement parts.*
Your 1st years annual maintenance & support we will put you on the Inclusive level but only charge the Standard level price.
